That forms His wondrous
heart of grace,

in the face
Of the Christ
by whom we come,
and of the Spirit
who calls us on
Into a Heart
beyond all plumb,
unto a Father,
unto a love
That evermore

that ever more
can be known.
Deep deep He beckons,
Come, come, and then come more.
We fall upon our knees,
then rise as we implore,
Oh draw us ever further, Lord,
oh, beckon to our spirit,
by Thy sounding and resounding voice,
help us, Lord, to hear it!
