Friends: each Saturday (or Sunday!) this year, we are sending the lyrics and a recorded version of one of our songs. This one references the statement of the Lord Jesus Christ to Nicodemus regarding the new birth: "The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit" (John 3:8). In other words, God's working and our response are as mysterious as the origin and destiny of the wind. When we can figure that out, perhaps we can then address the whys and wherefores of the new birth. Until then… Thanks, Glen.
